About Me

Over a 30-year career across manufacturing, consumer goods, and agri-food, I have progressed from operations into general management, Managing Director, and Board roles, leading businesses through growth, transformation, disruption, and change.My executive experience includes responsibility for businesses of up to $150M+ in annual revenue, complex P&L environments, business turnarounds, M&A and divestiture, joint ventures, capacity expansion, and organizational transformation.Today, my work sits at the intersection of strategic leadership, governance, and sustainable performance. I bring the perspective of both an operator and a board leader to questions of strategy, decision-making, organizational capability, and long-term value creation.This experience led me to develop C3 — Clarity, Capability, Commitment, my strategic leadership framework for translating strategic intent into sustainable performance.I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA), with research focused on leadership and sustainable business practices, adding an evidence-based dimension to my work. From Adversity to Strength: A Leadership Framework for Women

Drawing on my experience as a woman leader in male-dominated industries, I developed this five-step framework to capture some of the lessons I learned about navigating expectations, difficult environments, boundaries, and self-advocacy.The framework was first introduced in my chapter in Elevate & Empower: Insights on Personal Growth, Resilience, and Transformation, where I reflected on the experiences that shaped my own leadership journey.A — Embrace Authenticity: Lead as who you are, not who others expect you to be.
